What a beautiful picture. We have them in Austin around lake Travis. I have never seen them that close in Texas.

How amazing and beautiful! I would be so grateful to see a wild bald eagle. Very fitting indeed!
Lots of eagles along the Mississippi this time of year also. Around Clarksville.
We saw lots of them in Alaska, but it's nice to know you can see them in other parts of the country as well...even, occasionally, here in Northern Virginia.
