Keep building on the good habits you have es...John,<br />Keep building on the good habits you have established. It is a slow process but progress will come. Remember, steady and slow. Every week or so, try to add a bit more movement and another healthy food choice. Take your time. Our minds and our bodies can only deal with a small amount of change at a time. If we gradually introduce new habits we want to establish, the easier we adjust, adapt, and continue with the changes we've made. You have come a long way in a short amount of time. I am encouraged by your spiritual, intellectual, and physical strength. Please know your efforts have not gone unnoticed. Keep going!
